Mr. Vandiver invests 16 years of legal experience in the Company including extensive practice in transactional, litigation and labor and employment issues. A native Houstonian, Mr. Vandiver has earned degrees from Vanderbilt University and the University of Houston Law Center before beginning his legal career with Bracewell & Patterson (now Bracewell & Giuliani). He later became "in-house," corporate counsel for Sterling Chemicals and Huntsman. In June 2004, Mr. Vandiver exited the corporate environment in pursuit of entrepreneurial fulfillment to become a fee/closing attorney with Stewart Title Company performing all facets of the title process including marketing, examinations, underwriting and closing. Mr. Vandiver presides over the day-to-day operations of the Company, and is charged with maintaining V&C Title’s unyielding commitment to its mission statement of delivering outstanding service to the customers of the Company.
Mr. Castleman, an attorney by education, contributes fourteen years of legal and real estate experience to the Company, including-investment, acquisition, development, disposition and management of commercial real estate both as a principal manager and intermediary. After three years as a transactional and commercial litigation lawyer with Dallas firm of Touchstone, Bernays, Mr. Castleman turned to real estate entrepreneurialism in September 1995, joining RM Crowe Company as a partner in its infancy and forming the commercial investment, management and development firm Freehold Capital Advisors, in September 2001. In this regard, Mr. Castleman has personally directed real estate transactions encompassing over 9 million square feet of commercial properties primarily within the Dallas and Houston markets. A Dallas native, Mr. Castleman received his Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from Southern Methodist University, and his Bachelor of Arts degree from Vanderbilt University. Mr. Castleman’s involvement includes the Dallas Bar Association, Urban Land Institute, International Council of Shopping Centers, Mortgage Bankers Association, and philanthropically, in the TouchDown Club serving the RISE School of Dallas.
Marguerite (Maggie) Fielding Sr. Vice President

Marguerite (Maggie) Fielding is Senior Vice President & Director of Commercial Operations for the company. Ms. Fielding has over 20 years experience closing commercial and residential transactions in Texas and throughout the country. Prior to being an escrow officer in the title industry, Ms. Fielding worked as a paralegal for attorneys in Arkansas and Texas.
During her career as an escrow officer she has been a member of the Texas Real Estate Council and the Texas Land Title Association. Ms. Fielding has served as an author and lecturer for the Texas Land Title Association for 20 of the past 23 years. In addition to her teaching for TLTA, she is serving on the Certification Committee that is establishing the process under which an escrow officer may become a certified professional through the State Organization. Ms. Fielding also served as Chairwoman of the Subcommitte that initially drafted the present day Residential Owner Policy.
Ms. Fielding's career has allowed her to work with some of the most reputable title companies in Texas. When EDS sold its Forest Lane Company, Maggie was escrow officer of choice. Her corporate clients have included Prudential Commercial Real Estate, GMAC, Harwood Properties, EDS, among other prestigious companies.
Rebecca Fechtman is a Commercial Escrow Officer for the company in Dallas. Ms. Fechtman has over 20 years of experience in the Dallas area closing commercial and residential deals in addition to recent experience in implementing a new software system and training users on the system for over 30 fee attorney offices in north Texas. She is an extremely smart lady of exceptional character and she helps make our commercial group.
Prior to coming on board with Vandiver & Castleman Land Title Company in 2006, Tiffany worked for several years in the property management division of Cushman & Wakefield. She is a native of Dallas, a 2000 graduate of Highland Park High School, and earned her Bachelor of Science from The University of Texas at Austin in 2004. Tiffany holds her Texas Real Estate Salesperson's License, is active in The Dallas Cotillion Club and Slipper Club, and is founder of TIER, a Young Professionals Networking Group.
A founding partner of Vandiver & Castleman Land Title Company. Mr. Brown, also a Dallas native, brings comprehensive real estate investment and advisory experience. His background includes third-party capital placement and investment sales, as well as experience as a principal in real estate investment and development. Mr. Brown earned a BBA in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin.
Is the controller and finance manager for Vandiver & Castleman Land Title Company, performing reporting and accounting and financial oversight. Prior to V&C Title, Ms. Deen served as Assistant Controller for RM Crowe Company for a period of eight years in charge of monthly financial statements for over forty real estate partnerships. Ms. Deen also worked with Price Waterhouse supervising a staff in the real estate and SEC audit division. Ms. Deen received her BBA degree, magna cum laude, in Accounting from Texas Tech University.
